The Opportunity

A well-established school in Hammersmith is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the upkeep, security and smooth running of its premises.

The Role

You’ll manage the daily facilities and maintenance requirements of the school, helping provide a safe and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

Your duties will include:

• Managing site security, opening and locking procedures.

• Coordinating repairs and routine maintenance.

• Conducting regular premises inspections.

• Liaising with contractors and monitoring work completed.

• Supporting health and safety procedures and record keeping.

• Managing cleaning, grounds maintenance and general site presentation.

• Responding promptly to site issues and emergencies.

About You

You’ll have previous experience in site management, facilities or premises maintenance, ideally within a school or similar environment. Strong organisational skills, a practical approach and the ability to prioritise competing demands are important.
