The Opportunity
A small, one-form-entry primary school in Barnet is looking for a reliable and hands-on Site Manager to help keep its premises safe, secure and well maintained.
This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit school community, with a consistent morning schedule and the potential to move into a permanent position.
The Role
Youโll oversee the day-to-day upkeep of the school, ensuring the buildings and grounds are ready for pupils and staff each morning.
Responsibilities include:
Opening and securing the premises.
Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs.
Completing site checks and reporting hazards.
Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
Supporting deliveries and contractors.
Assisting with health and safety requirements.
About You
Youโll be practical, organised and proactive, ideally with previous site management, caretaking or facilities experience. School experience would be beneficial, but a positive attitude and the ability to work independently are essential.
