Salary/Hours: £160–£250 per day, dependent on experience | Monday–Friday
Wayman Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about English and committed to helping pupils develop their literacy, analytical and communication skills.

The Role
Teach English Language and English Literature across KS3 and KS4.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop reading, writing and analytical skills.
Prepare pupils for GCSE examinations through effective assessment and targeted intervention.
Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet different learning needs.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and contribute to departmental planning.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS and has experience teaching English in a UK secondary school.
Has strong subject knowledge across English Language and Literature.
Can deliver engaging lessons and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Is committed to raising attainment and supporting pupils of different abilities.
Works positively with colleagues and contributes to the wider school community.
Salary
Competitive daily rate of £160–£250, dependent on qualifications and experience.
