Wayman Education is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher who is passionate about helping students develop confidence and achieve their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who wants to join a supportive school environment and make a positive difference to students' progress.

The School

The Role

  • Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 opportunities depending on experience.

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills.

  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching to meet different learning needs.

  • Contribute to departmental planning, assessment and enrichment activities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Has strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly.

  • Demonstrates effective classroom and behaviour management.

  • Is committed to raising achievement and supporting student progress.

Salary

Competitive MPS/UPS salary, dependent on experience and the school's pay structure.
