Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing practical equipment, apparatus, and solutions for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons.

• Maintaining, cleaning, and testing laboratory equipment to ensure safe working conditions.

• Managing stock levels of chemicals, equipment, and consumable materials, and coordinating orders.

• Supporting teachers during practical classes and assisting students with safety guidelines.

• Ensuring full compliance with COSHH regulations, health & safety policies, and safe disposal of waste materials.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Science Technician or a relevant scientific qualification/degree.

• Good knowledge of laboratory safety procedures, equipment handling, and COSHH regulations.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
