An inclusive primary academy in Enfield is seeking a motivated Year 3 Teacher to join its team. The school is committed to helping pupils develop strong academic foundations, positive learning habits and confidence as they progress through Key Stage 2.

The Role

  • Class Teaching: Take responsibility for a Year 3 class and deliver well-planned lessons.

  • Curriculum: Teach English, mathematics, science and foundation subjects.

  • Differentiation: Adapt learning to support pupils with varying attainment levels.

  • Assessment: Use assessment information to inform planning and intervention.

  • Behaviour: Establish consistent routines and encourage positive participation.

  • Inclusion: Work with the SENDCo and support staff to meet individual needs.

  • Parent Partnership: Communicate effectively with parents and carers.

The Candidate

  • QTS.

  • Primary teaching experience.

  • Strong KS2 curriculum knowledge.

  • Excellent behaviour-management skills.

  • Able to differentiate effectively.

  • Collaborative, organised and enthusiastic approach.
