We are working with a school in Windsor to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated English and Drama Teacher to teach Key Stage 3 (KS3), starting as soon as possible. Your Next Teaching Opportunity
As an English and Drama Teacher, you will inspire students to explore literature, develop their written and spoken communication, and express themselves through performance and creative activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering engaging English and Drama lessons that encourage creativity, confidence and independent thinking.
Teaching KS3 students across a range of English and Drama topics, adapting lessons to meet different learning needs.
Developing students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening and performance skills.
Encouraging students to explore literature, analyse texts, develop characters and participate in drama activities.
Creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment where students feel confident expressing their ideas.
Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
Supporting curriculum planning and contributing to the wider life of the school.
Promoting teamwork, imagination and effective communication through collaborative projects and performance-based learning.

Are You the Right Fit?
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable teacher who is passionate about English and Drama and can engage students through creative, well-structured lessons.
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate teaching qualification.
Strong subject knowledge in English and Drama, or relevant experience teaching both subjects.
Experience teaching secondary-aged students, ideally at KS3.
The ability to deliver engaging lessons that develop literacy, communication and creative expression.
Effective classroom management and strong communication skills.
The ability to motivate students and adapt teaching to different abilities and learning needs.
Strong planning, organisation and assessment skills.
A commitment to high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
