Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and capable Mathematics Teacher to join a secondary school in Welwyn Garden City. • Plan lessons that challenge high-attaining students while supporting those who require additional guidance.

• Use questioning, formative assessment and constructive feedback to improve understanding.

• Establish consistent classroom routines and promote positive behaviour for learning.

• Encourage students to develop resilience, logical reasoning and independent problem-solving skills.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to review progress and improve teaching approaches.

• Be legally entitled to work in the UK.
