Wayman Education is seeking a highly committed and passionate English Teacher who is keen to inspire students and develop their literacy and communication skills. This role will involve teaching as part of an established English department across KS3 and KS4.

The Role
Teaching English across KS3 and KS4.
Planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Developing students' reading, writing and analytical skills.
Assessing student progress and providing effective feedback.
Contributing to the wider English department.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Strong English subject knowledge.
Experience teaching English at secondary level.
Effective classroom and behaviour management skills.
Passionate about English and student achievement.
Able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Salary
The salary will be paid in line with the appropriate teaching scale, depending on experience.
