A large and diverse primary school in Leicester is seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join its established teaching team. The school has a strong focus on inclusion, pupil progress and developing a positive culture throughout the school.

The Role

  • Year 3: Take responsibility for the academic and pastoral needs of the class.

  • Planning: Deliver structured and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.

  • Inclusion: Adapt teaching to support pupils with SEND and EAL.

  • Assessment: Use assessment effectively to identify gaps and plan interventions.

  • Behaviour: Establish clear expectations and positive classroom routines.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants and year-group colleagues.

  • QTS.

  • Primary teaching experience.

  • Experience working within a diverse school environment.

  • Strong differentiation skills.

  • Confident classroom management.
