A high-performing secondary school in Enfield is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join its established operations team.
You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, working closely with senior leaders to ensure HR processes are handled efficiently and professionally.
The Role
Managing recruitment and onboarding
Maintaining employee records and HR systems
Supporting absence and attendance
Coordinating DBS and safer recruitment checks
Preparing contracts and HR documentation
Supporting employee relations processes
Maintaining the Single Central Record
Responding to staff HR queries
About You
Previous school-based HR experience is essential, alongside excellent organisation and communication skills. Experience with SIMS, Arbor or a similar school system would be advantageous.
