Our Client is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a thriving school in St Albans. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about primary education and committed to creating a stimulating, inclusive and enjoyable classroom environment.

The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering a broad range of engaging lessons across the primary curriculum. You will be expected to create learning opportunities that encourage curiosity, independence and confidence while ensuring that pupils are appropriately challenged and supported.

A key part of the role will be developing positive relationships with pupils and creating a classroom environment in which children feel safe, valued and motivated to learn. You will monitor pupil progress carefully, use assessment information to inform planning and work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure that pupils receive appropriate support.

Experience and Qualifications

• Qualified Primary Teacher with QTS

• Experience teaching within a primary school setting

• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum

• Ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

• Strong understanding of assessment and pupil progress

• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and parents

• Creative, enthusiastic and child-centred approach to teaching

• Legal ability to work within the UK
