About the Role
As the Admissions & Admin Officer, you will manage the school’s student intake processes and ensure that administrative workflows run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end admissions process, handling applications, transition days, and secondary school transfers efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and carers, delivering exceptional customer service and clear guidance.
Maintain accurate pupil database records, tracking admissions data and enrollment numbers in compliance with local authority guidelines.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the main office and senior leadership team.
Collaborate with colleagues to implement fresh, efficient methods for organizing school administrative processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in a school admissions, student records, or office administration role.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong IT literacy, including proficiency with school management information systems (MIS) and data tracking.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional phone and in-person manner.
A proactive, adaptable approach and a strong desire to progress within school operations.
