Wayman Education is recruiting for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Birmingham.

The School

The school provides a structured and supportive environment for students and staff. It has a strong focus on literacy and academic progress, with a dedicated team committed to helping students succeed.

The Role

The successful candidate will teach English across KS3 and KS4 and will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress and contribute to departmental development.

The Ideal Candidate

  • QTS or equivalent

  • Strong English subject knowledge

  • Secondary teaching experience

  • Able to teach English at KS3 and KS4

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Committed to raising student achievement
