Wayman Education is seeking a committed Geography Teacher to join a high-performing secondary school in Lincoln. The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for helping students understand the world around them.

The School

The school provides a positive and ambitious learning environment with high expectations for students. It offers a broad curriculum and encourages students to develop academically, socially and personally.

The Role

  • Teach Geography across KS3 and KS4.

  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons.

  • Prepare students for GCSE examinations.

  • Monitor and assess student progress.

  • Contribute to departmental planning and enrichment opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status.

  • Relevant Geography degree or teaching qualification.

  • Strong secondary Geography experience.

  • Excellent classroom management.

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching.

Salary

MPS/UPS, dependent on experience.
