Wayman Education is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic PE Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Worcester. The successful candidate will be passionate about sport and committed to developing students both within and beyond the classroom.

The School

The school has a strong community ethos and places importance on academic achievement, personal development and extracurricular opportunities. Students are encouraged to participate in a wide range of sporting activities.

The Role

  • Teach PE across KS3 and KS4.

  • Plan and deliver high-quality practical lessons.

  • Support students in developing sporting ability and confidence.

  • Contribute to fixtures, clubs and sporting events.

  • Support the wider pastoral and extracurricular life of the school.

The Ideal Candidate

  • QTS with a relevant PE qualification.

  • Strong knowledge of the PE curriculum.

  • Secondary teaching experience.

  • Excellent behaviour management.

  • Enthusiastic and committed approach to teaching.

Salary

MPS/UPS, dependent on experience.
