Wayman Education is looking for a passionate and creative Drama Teacher to join an inclusive secondary academy in Solihull. This role would suit a teacher who enjoys developing students' confidence, creativity and communication skills.

The Role
Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4.
Deliver practical and engaging lessons.
Develop students' performance and communication skills.
Support examination preparation.
Contribute to school productions and extracurricular activities.
The Ideal Candidate
QTS or equivalent.
Relevant Drama or Performing Arts qualification.
Experience teaching secondary students.
Creative and engaging teaching style.
Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
Salary
MPS/UPS, dependent on experience.
