Our Client is seeking a passionate and committed Science Teacher to join a highly successful school in Hertford. The successful candidate will become part of an established Science Department with a strong commitment to academic progress, practical learning and student engagement.
The role will involve teaching Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with responsibility for planning and delivering lessons that challenge and inspire students. The school is looking for a teacher who can make scientific concepts accessible and interesting while encouraging students to ask questions, investigate ideas and develop strong analytical skills.
You will be expected to monitor student progress closely, provide effective feedback and adapt your teaching to meet the needs of different learners. The successful candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and the ability to establish a positive classroom environment built around high expectations.

Experience and Qualifications
Science Teacher able to teach effectively across KS3 and KS4
Strong understanding of the Science curriculum
Excellent subject knowledge and classroom practice
Ability to plan engaging and differentiated lessons
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Experience assessing and tracking student progress
A formal teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
Legal ability to work within the UK
