You will deliver Mathematics lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, covering core areas including number, algebra, geometry, ratio, proportion, statistics and probability.
The department is looking for a teacher who can break down challenging concepts into manageable steps and check understanding throughout lessons. Students should be encouraged to explain their reasoning, identify mistakes and develop different approaches to solving problems.
At GCSE, you will support students with examination preparation and help them become comfortable with both familiar and unfamiliar question types. You will use regular assessment to identify gaps in knowledge and provide targeted support where necessary.
The role also involves working collaboratively with colleagues to plan lessons, review assessment outcomes and ensure students are progressing consistently across the curriculum.

Mathematics Degree or related subject
QTS or recognised teaching qualification
