A high-performing education organisation is seeking an experienced HR Officer to provide a professional and responsive HR service across its schools.

⭐ The Role

Working alongside the wider HR team, you’ll support:

  • Recruitment and onboarding

  • Payroll administration

  • HR systems and employee records

  • Absence and attendance

  • Contracts, letters and employment changes

  • Safer recruitment and compliance checks

  • Routine employee and manager queries

👤 About You

You’ll have previous HR experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information professionally. School or academy experience would be highly advantageous.
