Job Overview
The successful candidate will inspire pupils through engaging Religious Studies lessons, developing their understanding of religious, philosophical and ethical issues. The role would suit an experienced RS Teacher or an ECT looking for a supportive department.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Religious Studies across KS3 and KS4
Plan challenging and engaging lessons
Develop pupils’ critical thinking and written analysis
Prepare pupils for GCSE examinations
Track progress and provide effective feedback
Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school
