Join a Well-Established Finance Team
An established independent school in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to support its financial operations and reporting.
You'll work closely with senior leaders and the wider finance team, helping to ensure the school's financial processes are accurate, efficient and well controlled.
The Role
Processing invoices and purchase orders
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Carrying out bank reconciliations
Supporting budgeting and forecasting
Maintaining financial records
Managing supplier accounts
Supporting fee billing
Preparing financial reports
Responding to finance queries
Supporting audit and compliance requirements
About You
Previous school finance experience is desirable, although strong finance or accounts experience from another sector will be considered.
You'll need excellent Excel skills, good knowledge of financial systems and a meticulous approach to accuracy.
