An established independent school in Brent is looking for an organised and practical Science Technician to join its dedicated Science Department.

With small class sizes, well-equipped laboratories and a supportive teaching team, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the practical side of Science and wants to work in a more personal school environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing practical experiments and demonstrations

• Setting up and clearing laboratories

• Supporting teachers during practical lessons

• Maintaining laboratory equipment

• Managing chemicals and scientific resources

• Monitoring stock and placing orders

• Maintaining COSHH and health & safety records

• Keeping prep rooms organised

• Supporting students during practical activities

• Helping the Science Department run smoothly

About You

Previous experience as a Science Technician in a school or laboratory environment would be advantageous.

You'll need to be organised, practical and confident working across Biology, Chemistry and Physics, with a good understanding of laboratory health and safety.
