MFL Teacher – Wolverhampton

Wayman Education is seeking an enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will have a passion for languages and the ability to inspire students through an engaging and varied curriculum.

Location: Wolverhampton
Position: MFL Teacher
Start Date: January 2027
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS, dependent on experience

The School

The school provides an inclusive environment where students are encouraged to develop confidence and independence. The MFL department promotes language learning alongside cultural awareness and communication skills.

The Role

  • Teach MFL across KS3 and KS4.

  • Plan and deliver engaging language lessons.

  • Develop students' speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.

  • Support GCSE language preparation.

  • Monitor and assess student progress.

  • Contribute to enrichment and cultural activities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • QTS or equivalent.

  • Strong MFL subject knowledge.

  • Experience teaching secondary students.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to engage mixed-ability classes.

  • Passion for languages and international cultures.
