Wayman Education is seeking a highly committed and passionate English Teacher who is keen to inspire students through a rich, varied and engaging curriculum. This role would suit an experienced English Teacher or an ECT looking to join a supportive and ambitious school.

The Role

  • Teach English across KS3 and KS4.

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons.

  • Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.

  • Participate in the wider life of the school.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Strong subject knowledge in English.

  • Experience teaching KS3 and KS4.

  • Excellent classroom management skills.

  • A commitment to supporting student progress.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
