Our Client is seeking a passionate and committed Science Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Bedford on an ASAP basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who has a genuine enthusiasm for Science and who is keen to inspire students through engaging, challenging and well-structured lessons.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Science across the secondary age range and will contribute to the continued development of a department that places a strong emphasis on academic progress, scientific understanding and student engagement. You will be expected to plan and deliver high-quality lessons, assess student progress effectively and adapt your teaching to meet the needs of students with different abilities and starting points.
The department encourages teachers to use practical activities, real-world examples and creative teaching strategies to make Science accessible and relevant. The successful applicant will be expected to establish positive relationships with students while maintaining high expectations for behaviour, effort and achievement.
This position would be suitable for an experienced Science Teacher looking for a new challenge, as well as an ECT seeking a supportive environment in which to develop their teaching practice. Applications from suitably qualified overseas teachers are also welcomed.

Experience and Qualifications
Qualified Science Teacher with the ability to teach Science at secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge across the relevant Science curriculum.
A recognised teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE.
Experience planning and delivering engaging and differentiated Science lessons.
Ability to assess and monitor student progress effectively.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Commitment to supporting students of different abilities and backgrounds.
