Our Client is currently seeking an organised and proactive School Administrator to join a busy school in Walsall as soon as possible. This role would suit an individual who enjoys working in a varied school office environment and is confident dealing with staff, students, parents and external contacts on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support across the school and will be expected to manage tasks accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities may include maintaining student and staff records, responding to telephone and email enquiries, preparing documentation, supporting attendance and admissions administration, arranging appointments and assisting with the general organisation of the school office.
The school is looking for someone who is dependable, professional and able to remain calm when managing multiple priorities. Previous experience in a school environment would be advantageous, although candidates with strong administrative backgrounds and excellent transferable skills are also encouraged to apply.

Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
