You will deliver Business Studies lessons that develop students' understanding of enterprise, business operations and commercial decision-making.
The curriculum may include business ownership, marketing, finance, human resources, operations management, entrepreneurship and external influences on businesses. You will help students understand how these areas connect and how businesses respond to changing markets and customer needs.
At GCSE, you will prepare students for examinations by developing their ability to interpret case studies, apply concepts to unfamiliar scenarios and construct well-supported answers. Lessons should combine clear explanations with discussion, problem-solving and relevant examples from established businesses and new ventures.
You will monitor students' progress through regular assessment, provide specific feedback and plan additional support where necessary. The successful candidate will be able to make business concepts accessible while maintaining high expectations for written work and independent thinking.

Salary
